Replacing a cooler drain plug is a five-minute job, and you usually don’t need to buy from the original manufacturer.

First, pop the old plug out and look at what you’re dealing with. If it’s a threaded screw-in type, you’ll need to match the thread pitch, but a lot of coolers just use a simple tapered rubber stopper. In that case, all you need is the hole diameter.
