Probably neon brights and animal prints. That’s what trend forecasters are saying, and it matches what’s already filling shelves. Think electric blue, hot pink, lime green – the kind of colors that make you visible from three pools away. And for patterns, leopard and zebra are still everywhere, along with bold tie-dye and graphic retro florals.

I’m not saying you need to follow trends. But if you want to look current without overthinking it, those are the categories to aim for. Everything else – olive green, muted florals, solid black – is fine, just not “trending.”

Also, high-waisted bottoms and one-pieces with cutouts are still dominating silhouettes, so the color alone isn’t the whole story. Pair a neon top with a solid bottom if you want to dip a toe in without committing head to toe.
