Niagara Falls State Park islands are free to visit.
No separate ticket needed.
Niagara Falls State Park (the New York side) does not charge an admission fee. You can walk onto Goat Island, Luna Island, and all the other little islands for free. That’s where the best views of the falls are, actually.
What you do pay for is parking (unless you walk or take the free shuttle) and the big attractions like Maid of the Mist, Cave of the Winds, or the observation tower. But the islands themselves? Free and open to anyone.
Don’t overthink it. Just show up.
