Nirvana's Nevermind cover hid a baby's penis — later censored.

The original 1991 cover shows a baby underwater reaching for a dollar bill on a fishhook. What you might not notice at first: the baby’s genitals are visible.

By the 2000s, some reissues and digital versions started blurring or removing that detail to dodge controversy. The “hidden” image was always right there, but most people didn’t think twice about it until it became a thing. Now you can’t unsee it.
