One reversible swimsuit is enough for most trips.
Yes, they’re worth it — but only if you actually like both sides equally.
The whole point is versatility without packing extra. One reversible suit gives you two looks, which saves space and eliminates “which swimsuit” decisions. That’s real utility for travel.
Don’t get caught up in finding the “top” brand. Most major activewear companies (Nike, Patagonia, Athleta, etc.) make reversible suits that are fine. The real trick is trying it on and rotating it — some reversible suits have a clear “good side” and “eh side,” which defeats the purpose. If you wouldn’t wear both sides in public, it’s not a travel win.
Also: reversible suits tend to have simpler cuts (less structure) so they’re more forgiving. That’s actually a plus for packing.
Skip the influencer roundups. Just find one that fits, flip it, and go.
