Pack water and expect no facilities on the islands.
Almost certainly not — assume you’re on your own. Most islands in parks, lakes, or rivers don’t have bathrooms or drinking fountains. The mainland visitor center or trailhead might, but once you’re on the island, it’s a backcountry experience.
Think of it like hiking: carry enough water for the whole time you’ll be there, plus a little extra. If you’re going with kids, make them pee before you leave the dock. And bring hand sanitizer and a trowel if you’re staying long — because nature calls whether you planned for it or not.
Don’t be that person stuck with no water and a full bladder.
