Printed logos don't affect mouse tracking.
No.
Optical and laser mice track based on surface texture and micro-imperfections, not color or ink. A printed logo is just dye on the same fabric or plastic. As long as the logo isn’t raised, glossy, or creating a hard edge, your mouse won’t notice it.
Cheap mousepads with thick, shiny logos can cause erratic tracking if the coating reflects light weirdly. But any decent pad — even a $10 one — prints the logo smoothly enough. If the logo feels like a sticker, skip it. If it’s embedded or printed flat, it’s fine.
The bigger tracking killers are spills, wear spots, and crumb buildup. A solid color might hide dirt better, but that’s about it.
