Probably not.
Most tours don’t let you re-enter once you leave. This is especially true for guided tours, timed-entry attractions, or any venue that sells tickets per time slot.
The reasoning is pretty straightforward: tours run on a schedule. They can’t pause for you, and letting people wander in and out messes up headcounts and security. The only exceptions I’ve seen are all-day self-guided tours at sprawling outdoor venues (like a national park or a large museum campus), and even then, you usually need to get a wristband or a stamp.
Your best bet is to ask at the ticket desk before you buy. Ask: “Is this a ’no re-entry’ policy?” If they say yes, plan accordingly. Bring snacks. Pee before you go.
You get one shot. Plan for it.
