Robot vacuums are loud by design — that whirring motor and brush noise is the price of automation. If you absolutely must run it at night, switch to quiet mode (most decent models have one). It slows the brush and cuts suction, which helps a bit.

Schedule it for early evening instead, or close your bedroom door so the sound doesn’t travel. If yours has room mapping, set a no-go zone around sleeping areas.
