How many M.2 slots does the Intel NUC 14 (Lunar Canyon) have, and what storage types are supported?

It has two M.2 slots: one M.2 2280 slot supporting PCIe Gen 4 x4 NVMe, and one M.2 2242 slot supporting PCIe Gen 4 x2 NVMe. There is no SATA M.2 support.
