The Lenovo ThinkCentre M730q sticks with HDMI 1.4b and VGA

The M730q is clearly from an earlier generation. Its rear panel has HDMI 1.4b (not 2.0 or 2.1), DisplayPort 1.2, and a VGA port — plus Gigabit Ethernet. The front offers two USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-A and a USB-C port, plus a combo audio jack. Around back there are two USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A and two USB 2.0 ports. The HDMI 1.4b and VGA tell you this machine was designed when 4K at 60 Hz wasn’t yet the standard. It’ll still drive three displays, but you’ll want to lean on the DisplayPort for the sharpest output.
