Set XMP manually.

Yes, you can still get your rated 3200MHz without an auto XMP toggle. You just need to enter the timings, voltage, and frequency yourself.

Most BIOSes hide the XMP profile as a single-click option, but the settings themselves are still there. Go into the “Advanced” or “OC” section and look for DRAM Frequency, DRAM Voltage, and DRAM Timings. Your kit is rated for 3200MHz at a specific voltage—usually 1.35V for DDR4—and a set of primary timings like 16-18-18-38. That combo is the XMP profile. Just type them in.

If you can’t find the exact timings on the stick’s label or the box, look up the model number on the manufacturer’s website. Every sold kit has a product page with a “SPD” or “XMP” tab showing the exact numbers. Enter those. Save and reboot. If the system doesn’t post, clear CMOS and try 1.36V or loosen the timings
