No. The pass bundles access to attractions you said you don’t want (aquarium, butterfly conservatory, etc.). If you’re just looking at the falls and maybe going behind them, you’re paying for stuff you won’t use.

The falls themselves are free to view from Queen Victoria Park or the American side. The main paid thing people want is the Hornblower boat ride or the Cave of the Winds on the US side—those are cheaper as single tickets. The Discovery Pass forces you into a package deal that’s really for families doing three or four attractions.

I’d buy a single ticket for whatever you actually want to do (like the boat ride) and leave the rest. You’ll save $20–30 easy.
