XMP (Extreme Memory Profile) is stored on the RAM stick’s SPD chip. Soldered RAM is directly attached to the motherboard—no removable stick, no SPD chip you can swap. The manufacturer sets the timings and voltage once, and that’s what you get.

Even if you could access BIOS memory settings (most laptops with soldered RAM lock them anyway), the RAM modules aren’t binned for higher speeds. They’re designed to run at exactly the spec they ship with. Trying to push them is a losing game—instability, crashes, or nothing at all.

If you need fast, overclockable RAM, don’t buy a machine with soldered memory. Get one with standard DIMM slots. Future you will thank you.
