StonesTrac: The Fan-Made App That Let Rolling Stones Fans Log Live Shows and Compare Statistics
StonesTrac is a fan-created mobile app launched in 2018 that lets die-hard Rolling Stones fans track every show they’ve attended, add setlists, and compare their concert-count stats with other users around the world. It was built by a German fan named Jochen who wanted a simple way to log his own Stones history and then realized the community needed a shared tool.
The app uses GPS check-ins at actual venues and lets you enter the date, city, and any notes about the night. Over time, StonesTrac built a leaderboard of top attendees and even a map showing which shows are most popular among users. It’s become the de facto scrapbook for the Stones’ touring fanbase, especially useful for the No Filter and Hackney Diamonds tours where fans compete to see who caught the most rarities.
