The cut is almost always the problem.

Cheeky and Brazilian styles ride up because there’s not enough fabric to hold them in place. That’s the feature, not a bug.

If you want bottoms that stay put, go for a fuller coverage cut — boy short, high-waist, or classic brief. The extra fabric gives you actual coverage rather than a perpetual wedgie.

Fabric matters too. Thin, cheap material slides around more. Look for a good nylon-spandex blend with some structure. And make sure the size is right — too small will dig in and ride up, too big will sag and then ride up.
