The islands don't have facilities.
No restrooms or drinking fountains on the islands themselves. Only back at the Goat Island Marine Reserve on the mainland.
The reserve has toilets and a drinking fountain near the beach. That’s it. The small offshore islands are protected and undeveloped—no amenities, no structures, no water. You’re fully on your own out there.
Pack enough water for the whole trip, and make sure everyone uses the loo before you paddle out. There’s not much cover either, so “finding a bush” isn’t a real option.
Plan ahead and you’ll be fine.
