Tiered organizers and drawer dividers can keep a small bathroom vanity tidy, but only if you hide the tiered ones behind doors to avoid visual chaos.

The problem with bathroom vanities is that everything is small and mismatched—toothpaste tubes, cotton rounds, travel bottles. Leave them out on a tiered organizer on the counter and you’ve just created a very organized mess. Your eye still sees ten different shapes and colors.

Drawer dividers are the safer bet. They keep things in place, out of sight, and you can grab what you need without rummaging. I like adjustable ones so you can customize the compartments for your specific junk.

Tiered organizers have their place, but use them inside a cabinet or under the sink. Deep drawers? A tiered insert can work if the drawer closes all the way. On the counter? Only if you commit to uniform containers—all white, all same height. Otherwise it just looks busy.
