Cheap umbrella strollers fold hard, roll worse, and fall apart fast. If it’s your only stroller, spend real money on a Summer 3Dlite or UPPAbaby MINU. If it’s a backup or a grandparent’s-house stroller, the Kolcraft Cloud Plus is genuinely hard to beat for what it costs.
