The JuJuBe BFF works great as a shared diaper bag — less so as a solo backpack

The convertible thing on the JuJuBe BFF is clever \u2014 it switches between backpack, crossbody, and tote modes depending on who’s carrying it that day. If you and your partner trade off diaper duty, this bag handles the handoff really well. But if you’re the solo carrier most of the time, the backpack mode reads a bit more “diaper bag” than I’d like compared to the Be Right Back. It’s a great bag for a couple sharing duties, but there’s a reason I reach for the other one when it’s just me.
