The Bissell CleanView is for pet owners who need an upright that handles hair

The Bissell CleanView Swivel is a solid upright vacuum for pet owners who don’t want to spend Dyson money. It handles pet hair on carpet well — the tangle-free brush roll is legitimately good at not wrapping hair around itself, which is my usual complaint with cheaper uprights. The swivel steering is nice in practice, making it easy to navigate around furniture. But it’s not a deep-cleaning machine — it’s best for regular maintenance cleaning on mixed flooring where you need hair pickup more than extraction. For the price, it’s hard to beat for pet households on a budget.
