P.O.O.P. iRobot gave the Roomba j7+ an official acronym for Pet Owner Official Promise — a marketing department’s best attempt to say ’this vacuum won’t smear dog poop across your floor.’ It uses a front-facing camera to spot and avoid solid pet waste, which is either a life-saver or a hard-won lesson depending on whether you’ve dealt with the alternative.
