The Roborock Qrevo Ultra costs $400 more — enough to make you think

The Qrevo Plus and Qrevo Ultra sit $400–$600 apart, and at those price points — roughly $1,200–$1,400 for the Ultra versus $700–$800 for the Plus — the question isn’t whether the Ultra is better. It is. The question is whether you care about the things it adds.

The Ultra brings automatic dustbin emptying and self-cleaning mop washing. That means you don’t touch dirt, don’t wash mop pads, and don’t think about maintenance for weeks at a time. The Plus still requires manual dustbin emptying and occasional mop pad cleaning, but it uses the same navigation, same suction, same mopping mechanism.

The Ultra premium is a convenience tax. If the idea of never handling a full dustbin or a dirty mop pad justifies the $400 gap in your head, get the Ultra. If you’re okay with five minutes of maintenance per week, the Plus delivers essentially the same cleaning performance for significantly less.
