Yes, and don't skip them.
Ears and lips get sunburned just as easily as your nose — sometimes worse because you forget they exist. Eyelids are trickier because regular sunscreen can sting, but you still need protection there.
Ears are a common spot for skin cancer, especially the tops and backs. A zinc-based sunscreen (the thick white kind) stays put and works well. Lips need SPF lip balm — regular sunscreen tastes awful and doesn’t last. For eyelids, use a mineral sunscreen (zinc or titanium dioxide) and keep it away from the lash line. Or wear sunglasses that block UV and cover the area.
Don’t skip these spots. A five-second dab on each ear and a swipe of SPF balm is all it takes. Future you will thank current you when you’re not getting a suspicious spot checked.
