Yes, Goat Island has picnic tables.
You’ll find a mix of picnic tables and benches, plus plenty of grassy spots. The tables are scattered near the viewing areas and along the walking paths—there’s a cluster of them near Terrapin Point and the Cave of the Winds entrance.
The grassy areas are good too, especially if you want to throw down a blanket. Just note that the island is small and crowded on nice weekends, so a table might be taken. Go early or bring a backup blanket.
Bring your own lunch—the food options on the island are overpriced and mediocre.
