You can get to the Three Sisters Islands from Goat Island without crossing a road — just follow the obvious footbridge.
Yes. There’s a pedestrian bridge connecting Goat Island to the first of the Three Sisters Islands. No road crossing needed.
The path is straightforward: from the main parking area on Goat Island, walk towards the Niagara Rapids (east side) and you’ll see a bridge. It’s signed. The Three Sisters are linked by their own small bridges.
As for hidden paths — not really. The park is well-maintained and any unofficial trails would be pretty obvious (and probably discouraged). If someone told you about a secret route, they were likely referring to scrambling along the shoreline, which is unsafe and usually roped off.
The official path is short, scenic, and gives you the best views anyway.
