You won't need to hike back to the visitor center.

Most parks put changing tables in the restrooms near the big rides. They know parents are there, so they stock them. The only exception is really small or old parks where they forgot to update the facilities, but that’s rare.

If you’re worried, check the park map app before you go. Every major park has a bathroom finder now. A quick glance will save you a long walk with a full diaper bag.

If you don’t see one, ask a staff member—they usually know the closest table without looking it up.
