Your cooler sweats because physics, not because it's broken.
Condensation happens when the cold surface meets warm, humid air — same reason a beer glass sweats. The cooler is doing its job; the air is just being wet about it.
Preventing it is more about reducing the temperature difference or the humidity. Put the cooler in the shade or open it less often so the outside stays closer to ambient temp. Wipe it dry before you bring it inside (into an air-conditioned room, that’s the worst — cold metal meets humid indoor air). Pre-cooling the cooler with ice packs before you load it helps too — less shock to the system.
If you’re really annoyed, get a rotomolded cooler with better insulation. The outside stays closer to air temperature, so less sweating. But even a Yeti will sweat if it’s 95° and humid. You can’t beat physics with a sticker.
Bottom line: a towel under the cooler solves the puddle. Don’t blame your cooler.
