Your CPU cooler doesn't care how much RAM you have.

No. Adding 64GB of RAM does not create enough extra heat to warrant a CPU cooler upgrade. The CPU cooler is for the CPU, not the RAM.

RAM sticks pull maybe 3–10 watts each, even under load. Your CPU pulls 65–250 watts. The CPU cooler is already sized for that. The extra couple watts from two more sticks of RAM won’t change anything.

The only real concern is physical clearance. If you use a massive air cooler, tall RAM heatsinks or RGB shroud might not fit underneath. But that’s a space issue, not a heat issue. Water coolers have no problem.

Your CPU cooler is fine. Don’t overthink this.
