Your mop pad is too wet.
That’s the most common reason robot mops streak hardwood.
Robot mops don’t spray a fine mist. They dribble water onto a pad, then drag that pad across the floor. If the pad is soaked, you’re basically wiping water onto the wood, and the excess leaves a film that dries into streaks. Same thing if you’re using too much cleaning solution – residue builds up.
Fix it: Start with a damp pad, not a wet one. Squeeze out the water before attaching it. If your robot lets you adjust water flow, set it to the lowest setting. Change pads every room, or at least flip to a clean
